We are excited to announce The Staffing Connection Shoot-Out to take place at the 2010 United Way Hockey Challenge on Saturday, January 23rd at the Memorial Centre. This is a special opportunity for youth groups (under 17 yrs) in the City and County of Peterborough to attend this fun event and have a chance to score $10,000 for their respective team, club or organization.

Here’s the deal:

• For each ten (10) team, club or group members you bring to the hockey game you get a draw ticket for one (1) shot for $10,000 (i.e. 20 members = 2 draw tickets, 30 members = 3 draw tickets). One shot per contestant.. Note: Shooters must be 17 years old or under, no AA, AAA Bantam, Midget or Junior Players permitted.
• A random ticket draw for all qualified shooters will take place the day of the event and “qualified shooters must be in attendance” and 20 finalists will be selected to shoot for the $10,000 prize.
• The Staffing Connection Shoot-Out will take place during the 1st intermission of the United Way Hockey Challenge.
• You are required to purchase tickets at the Memorial Centre box office for entry into the hockey event. Tickets are $5.00 each for bowl seating and $8.00 for club seating.
• Youth participants are asked to wear their team jersey, club uniform or organization clothing with insignia.
• If more than one participant scores their shot, the $10,000 will be split evenly amongst the winners.
